Shipping policy

Hateables shipping

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $8 per order, with free Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more before shipping and tax. Charges are shown at checkout. Express shipping is not offered.

Processing and delivery

Products ship directly from suppliers, including suppliers outside the United States. Please allow up to 30 days from your order for processing and delivery. This is a delivery window, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will contact you if we cannot ship within 30 days, provide an updated estimate and offer cancellation with a refund rather than extend the shipping time without your agreement.

Tracking information will be emailed when available. Separate products may arrive in separate packages. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created.

Order help

Email hello@hateables.com with your order number if tracking stalls, delivery is late, or the parcel is missing or damaged. Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation; changes may not be possible after fulfillment starts. You can request cancellation and a refund for an order that has not shipped.
