Products and orders

We sell novelty gifts. Read the selected product option and description before ordering; photographs may show multiple options or accessories. Items marked Coming soon are previews and cannot be purchased. Caricatures and references are for humor and do not imply endorsement by the people depicted.

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable or a listing contains a material error, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Delivery and cancellations

Products ship directly from suppliers and may arrive separately. See our Shipping policy for delivery information. To request an address change or cancellation, email hello@hateables.com promptly with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been sent for fulfillment.

Returns and privacy

Our Return and refund policy explains return eligibility, shipping costs and how to report damaged or incorrect items. Our Privacy policy explains how information is used when you visit or buy from the store. These policies are available from the store and checkout.

Use of the store

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use it unlawfully. Third-party product links are provided for reference; purchases made on other websites are separate from purchases from Hateables.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms and policies in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
